Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund (Within 7 Days):

If you request a refund within 7 days of enrollment and have completed less than 20% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund (8-14 Days):

Requests made between 8-14 days of enrollment with less than 30% course completion may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund (After 14 Days):

Refund requests made after 14 days of enrollment or after completing more than 30% of the course are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@thrivewithai.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and order ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. We will review your request within 3-5 business days

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • International Cards: 7-14 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please refer to the refund eligibility criteria above.

Upon cancellation, your access to course materials will be revoked immediately.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after 14 days of enrollment
  • Enrollments where more than 30% of course content has been accessed
  • Certificate fees (if applicable and separately charged)
  • Any third-party tools or resources billed directly by the provider

Note: Purchases made with coupon codes or during promotional pricing are still eligible for refunds under the same timeline and completion criteria above. The discounted price paid is what would be refunded.

6. Course Transfers

Course enrollments are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrollment to another person or another course.
