Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
If you request a refund within 7 days of enrollment and have completed less than 20% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund.
Requests made between 8-14 days of enrollment with less than 30% course completion may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Refund requests made after 14 days of enrollment or after completing more than 30% of the course are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@thrivewithai.live with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order ID
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- International Cards: 7-14 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please refer to the refund eligibility criteria above.
Upon cancellation, your access to course materials will be revoked immediately.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Promotional or discounted course purchases
- Courses purchased during special sales events
- Certificate fees (if applicable)
- Any third-party tools or resources included in the course
6. Course Transfers
Course enrollments are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrollment to another person or another course.
