Campus ambassador program terms
Version 2026-10-25. Read these before applying or sharing a code.
Registration and representation
Register using your verified Thrive account, provide your campus and department details, and accept the program terms and privacy policy. Your ambassador code is generated automatically. Campus details are self-declared; registration is not institutional endorsement. Multiple ambassadors may represent the same university. There is no joining fee or mandatory course purchase.
Awareness missions and personal milestones
Your hub includes two optional awareness tasks: sharing a useful introduction with interested classmates, and helping a classmate explore sample teaching, curriculum and fees. You may mark these complete or undo them. Completion is self-reported and saved to your account; it is not independently verified reach or engagement. Campus Spark and Learning Connector are personal checklist milestones, not professional credentials. Copying a link does not complete a task. These checkmarks do not count as paid enrollments, affect ranking, unlock paid access or replace the payment review required for course and career rewards.
Personal student benefit
Your code offers the January 2027 full bootcamp at US$199 (Outside India), compared with the full course fee of US$399. India purchases are charged in INR; all non-India campus-code purchases are charged in USD, not a converted local-currency amount. Region is verified at checkout. It does not apply to the July running batch, modules or other products and cannot stack with another coupon. An existing public offer may be better; students may choose it while keeping their confirmed campus attribution. The referring code is displayed before payment and recorded on the successful order. The benefit and applications are available while this cohort's campaign is active, ending with the cohort on 16/5/2027. An earned course reward is not a transfer, cash credit or retrospective refund for a previously purchased course.
What counts
A referral is one distinct genuine student with an attributed, verified payment for the eligible full bootcamp. The code used on the successful payment order determines attribution. Duplicate buyers, self-referrals, refunded or disputed purchases, free registrations and earned reward seats do not count. Claims may be reviewed for correction before approval; a buyer cannot count for two ambassadors. There are no downline or ambassador-recruitment rewards.
Seven-day refunds and payment checks
New ambassador-attributed purchases under the policy accepted at checkout have a full-refund request window of seven full days from verified payment, regardless of course completion. This begins when Thrive first verifies capture, not on free enrollment. The student's account shows the deadline and a refund-request form. A timely request immediately holds referral credit, even if processing takes longer. The general 8-14-day partial-refund period does not apply to these purchases. Earlier purchases keep their original terms; statutory and payment-provider dispute rights remain unaffected.
The course waiver uses three distinct verified payments after each seven-day window closes, with current provider and enrollment checks. Open refund requests, disputes, refunds and invalid payments do not qualify. Six- and ten-learner milestones and ranking retain a minimum 14-day eligibility review. An ordinary later refund does not automatically revoke a legitimately unlocked course award or create a debt. Future unearned milestones and rankings are recalculated. Verified abuse can lead to suspension or reviewed revocation, with notice and an appeal route.
Reward milestones
Your full January bootcamp fee waiver unlocks automatically after three distinct verified payments each complete seven days without an unresolved refund or dispute. No admin approval or awareness checklist is required. Checks run daily and when you open or refresh your hub; flagged cases require resolution. Six reviewed paid learners establish eligibility for one resume review and one mock interview after approval. Ten establish internship shortlist eligibility. Rewards are individual, not pooled, and do not require further selling once earned. Course materials follow the January schedule, not early access to the July batch or every future batch. Each reward is available once per ambassador in this campaign.
Internships and recognition
Internship selection is planned after the January cohort ends. Selected interns receive a 3-month remote internship with a monthly stipend of INR 10,000. The stipend is denominated in Indian rupees, separate from regional bootcamp pricing, and compensates internship work, not referrals. Openings, role details and the shortlist process will be announced before selection. More eligible paid learners improve learning-circle ranking; equal totals share a rank. Final selection depends on real openings and role-relevant assessment, not enrollment totals alone. No internship, job or placement is guaranteed. Learning-circle badges recognize ambassador contribution and are not technical qualifications or university-issued credentials. Awareness milestones are explicitly self-reported personal progress.
Honest, consent-based promotion
Identify yourself as a Thrive ambassador and disclose that successful referrals can earn you non-cash benefits. Thrive With AI runs the bootcamp and handles teaching, onboarding, payments and support. Use the official sharing kit; its buttons prepare content and never send messages automatically. Do not promise employment, guaranteed results, unapproved discounts or exclusive university partnerships. Do not scrape student contacts, send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate others or collect tuition. Do not publish college logos without permission.
Student tracking and name-sharing choice
Saved campus-attributed enrollments and attributed checkouts appear in the referring ambassador's private tracker with separate enrollment, payment and eligibility statuses. Students are anonymous by default, using a stable learner reference. A profile name appears only when that student explicitly opts in for that ambassador. Changing the attributed ambassador does not transfer name-sharing consent. Email addresses, phone numbers, payment identifiers and internal review notes are not shared.
Students can change or withdraw name sharing at Campus sharing preferences, including after the campaign closes. This does not affect their discount or course access. Withdrawal removes the name from future tracker reads, but cannot erase information already seen. Anonymous attribution remains for program accounting. Names are hidden while an ambassador account is paused. Enrollment is not payment, and payment is not automatic reward eligibility.
Support and review
Use support for referral corrections, reward scheduling, suspected abuse or appeals. Any policy revision must be published; earned rewards are not silently withdrawn by new targets. The refund policy and applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
