No inflated claims, hidden access rules, or ambiguity about what is live today.
01Is the Thrive With AI Talent Hub already a live job marketplace?+
The core marketplace is operational in early access: approved employers can publish public roles, and candidates can discover them, apply with evidence, complete assigned evaluations, receive policy-gated verification, and decide role-specific introduction requests. Public roles require employer reconfirmation within 30 days and pause automatically if an application remains unreviewed for more than 7 days. Marketplace supply is still being expanded.
02How is this different from another job board?+
The current product enforces four differences: roles must be recently reconfirmed and remain responsive; evidence sources stay distinct from self-reported skills; matching explains criteria and gaps; and candidate contact details remain private until an introduction is accepted. These controls reduce stale listings, application black holes, keyword-only ranking, opaque matching, and unsolicited contact, but they do not guarantee interviews or hiring.
03Who can create a candidate profile?+
Existing Thrive With AI learners and external AI engineers can use the same Thrive With AI account to create a profile. Course enrollment is not required for profile creation.
04What does “Day 1 Ready” mean?+
It is an evidence-backed verification state for candidates who satisfy a versioned evaluation policy. It is not a self-declared label, course-completion badge, placement guarantee, or promise of job performance.
05Does completing a Thrive With AI course make me verified?+
No. Learning activity can appear as learning evidence, but it remains distinct from project-demonstrated and evaluation-verified capability.
06Can any recruiter view candidate profiles?+
No. Employers must be approved before they can access employer-only talent information, and candidates independently control search visibility, profile visibility, evidence visibility, and introduction preference.
07Will my contact details be public?+
No. Personal contact information is never returned in public profiles, talent search, or application responses. An approved employer must submit a role-specific introduction request, and your account email is released only to that employer after you explicitly accept.
08How does matching work?+
The current matching service uses transparent, deterministic factors: evaluation-verified skills carry the strongest weight, project-demonstrated skills carry less, and self-reported skills carry the least. Track, experience, work preference, and visible project evidence also contribute, and every result includes criteria, confidence, and explicit gaps.
09Is matching AI-powered?+
No such claim is made today. A more advanced model may be added later, but only after it exists and can be evaluated responsibly.
010What happens if I do not pass an evaluation?+
The intended workflow provides skill-level feedback, an improvement plan, and policy-based retake eligibility. A failed or incomplete attempt cannot be presented as verified.
011Can verification expire or be revoked?+
Yes. The active policy will define validity. Verification may expire, and an administrator may revoke it for a recorded reason, with an audit history.
