How it works

Everything, step by step, with nothing left vague.

Pick your side below. Each step tells you exactly what you do, what happens after you do it, how long it takes, and whether it works today. Where something is not ready yet, it says so.

8 steps, start to finish

01

Upload your resume

Available now

What you do

Drop a PDF, DOCX or TXT on the Talent Hub home page. No account, no form.

What happens

We read it and draft your profile: headline, skills, experience, links and the evidence lines from your own bullets. Nothing is saved and nothing is published yet.

02

Confirm your track and create the profile

Available now

What you do

Pick your track if your resume did not name one, then press create. Sign in happens here, once.

What happens

Your profile is created from the resume draft. You can edit every field afterwards. It starts private: no employer can see it yet.

About 1 minute

03

Attach project evidence

Available now

What you do

Add the projects you actually shipped: the problem, your role, the architecture, the decisions and tradeoffs, results, and what you would do differently.

What happens

Each skill on your profile keeps an honest label. A project moves a skill from self-reported to project-demonstrated. It does not become verified, and we never present it as such.

04

Run the agent benchmark

Available now

What you do

Point the reference client at your agent and run the public tasks. It takes one command and no account.

What happens

Your agent is scored on six dimensions against a published rubric: task success, tool correctness, error recovery, efficiency, loop avoidance and verification discipline. The rubric is public, so the score means the same thing for everyone.

05

Publish your proof page

Available now

What you do

Choose to publish a run. You decide which results become public and you can unpublish at any time.

What happens

You get a shareable proof page and a place on the public leaderboard. This is the part you can put in an application anywhere, including outside this platform.

About 1 minute

View the leaderboard
06

Choose who can see you

Available now

What you do

Set your profile to private, employer-only, or public. Private is the default and stays the default until you change it.

What happens

Employer-only means verified companies can find you in search. Your contact details are still not shared at this point.

07

Accept or decline introductions

Available now

What you do

When a verified company wants to talk, you get an introduction request with the role attached. You accept or decline it.

What happens

Your email address is released only when you accept. Declining costs you nothing and is not shown to other employers. Requests expire on their own, so silence is a safe answer.

Seconds per request

08

Apply to live roles

Available now

What you do

Apply to roles that a verified employer has confirmed is still open.

What happens

The employer sees your role-fit criteria, your published evidence and your benchmark results. Response times are tracked and published, so employers who do not reply are visible.

About 2 minutes per role

Browse roles

What we will never do

  • Share your contact details with anyone before you accept an introduction
  • Turn a course completion into a verified skill claim
  • Show your profile to employers while it is set to private
  • Invent experience, metrics or seniority that your resume does not support

Where we actually are

The Talent Hub is in early access. Profiles, project evidence, the agent benchmark, proof pages and the leaderboard are live and working today. The employer side is open but new, so the number of live roles is still small and we are verifying companies one at a time.

That means the benchmark and your proof page are worth doing now, because they are yours and you can use them anywhere. Applications will grow as verified companies come on.
