How it works

Everything, step by step, with nothing left vague.

Pick your side below. Each step tells you exactly what you do, what happens after you do it, how long it takes, and whether it works today. Where something is not ready yet, it says so.

7 steps, start to finish

01

Create your company profile

Available now

What you do

Tell us who you are, what you build, and which tracks you hire for.

What happens

Your company goes into review. This is a deliberate gate: candidates are told only verified companies can reach them, so that has to be true before anything goes live.

02

Get verified

Available now

What you do

Nothing, while we check the company is real and the role is real.

What happens

Once approved you can publish roles and request introductions. Until then you can draft roles but not publish them.

03

Write a hiring brief

Available now

What you do

Describe the role as an engineering problem: what the person will own, the stack, the seniority, the constraints, and the compensation range.

What happens

The brief becomes the matching input. A specific brief matches well; a vague one matches badly, and we would rather tell you that than send you noise.

04

Confirm the role is still open

Available now

What you do

Confirm the role, and re-confirm it as it stays open.

What happens

Only confirmed roles are shown to candidates as live. This is the single thing candidates complain about most on every other platform, and it is why applications here go to roles that actually exist.

05

Search on evidence, not keywords

Available now

What you do

Search by track, skill and seniority.

What happens

You see each candidate's evidence level per skill, their published projects, and their benchmark results against a public rubric. You can tell a self-reported skill from a demonstrated one at a glance, because they are labelled differently.

06

Request an introduction

Available now

What you do

Send an introduction request tied to a specific role.

What happens

The candidate accepts or declines. You get their contact details only on acceptance. You cannot buy, bulk-message or scrape candidate contacts here, by design.

Seconds

07

Respond, and be measured on it

Available now

What you do

Reply to the candidates who applied, including the ones you are rejecting.

What happens

Your response rate and response time are recorded and shown publicly on your company profile. Ghosting is visible here rather than free.

What we will never do

  • Sell you candidate contact lists or allow bulk outreach
  • Show you a candidate who has not chosen to be visible to employers
  • Present a self-reported skill as if it were verified
  • Hide your response rate from candidates once it is recorded

Where we actually are

The Talent Hub is in early access. Profiles, project evidence, the agent benchmark, proof pages and the leaderboard are live and working today. The employer side is open but new, so the number of live roles is still small and we are verifying companies one at a time.

That means you are early. Briefs posted now reach candidates whose evidence you can actually inspect, rather than a pile of keyword-matched resumes.
