Talent-specific privacy
This notice explains the Talent Hub layer in addition to the Thrive With AI platform privacy policy. It describes current product behavior - not planned protections.
Talent profiles use your existing Thrive With AI account identity. Candidate evidence, employer profiles, hiring briefs, applications, evaluations, verifications, introduction decisions, outcome feedback, and audit events are stored separately from course progress.
Profiles and project evidence have independent PRIVATE, EMPLOYER_ONLY, or PUBLIC controls. Employer search additionally requires active role-matched verification, profile completion, publication, and candidate search consent.
The current matcher is deterministic and explanatory. It ranks evidence alignment but cannot reject, shortlist, verify, or hire a candidate. Those actions remain attributable human decisions.
Scenario versions, submitted artifacts, rubric decisions, automated review evidence, integrity flags, and verification policy versions are retained for auditability. Public profiles exclude private rubric notes, hidden checks, and integrity details.
Resume upload is optional and requires explicit AI-processing consent. The file and extracted text are processed in memory, sent to OpenAI to generate factual profile suggestions, and are not stored by Thrive With AI. Only fields you review and save become profile data.
Talent search and application responses never expose candidate email. An approved employer must attach an introduction request to an active hiring brief, and the account email is returned only after candidate acceptance.
Candidate and employer ratings support aggregate experience reporting after minimum sample thresholds are met. Optional written feedback remains private and is not displayed on profiles or public outcome pages.
Signed-in users can download their current profile, authored evidence, applications, candidate-visible evaluation records, introductions, employer records, and activity history as JSON.
